The price at Walmart in the 5 qt jug is $25.47 and doesn't require a rebate, my go to when I can't get my hands on Liqui Moly. I prefer to pour out of 1 or 2 bottles as opposed to 10.

Shouldn't we use the special Mobile1 with "ESP" for diesels? Which is supposedly different than the regular for reducing ash build up?

Depends on your Sprinter model year. What does your Sprinter manual say to use.

Yeah, it doesn't say anything about ESP or low ash, etc. Just various certifications and viscosity info, so maybe "standard" Mobil1 without ESP is perfectly fine.

Some oils are interchangeable between different model Sprinters, but check before you buy.
