Can't load photos

I took some pictures with my phone, they are about 7-8 megs. I reduced them as much as I can, they won't go any smaller and they are still like 700-800 kb, so they are TOO BIG to fit the 500 kb max.

Now what?

Thank you Bobnoxious, I did not know such a wonder existed! Anyways, I found a similar program and it was fairly quick and easy, and the pictures came out pretty good.
