Just now looking back on this from the past... Yes, the cost of living is the reason, as Las Cruces is an extremely cheap place to live and work. I was living in a 4/2 custom home that cost $180k. Even in this hot market, the Zillow "Zestimate" (I know, no the most accurate, but a good comparison for COL purposes) is only $210k. Compare that to a 4/2 in *any* metro Denver neighborhood, and you'll see why the labor rate is so much lower.
As for an update, CSR has become so busy, they have been referring everyone out to another garage in town that apparently now knows Sprinters as well. Aguirre Auto.
