Do you want DRL's or Fog Lights? These are what I have had my eye on:

They also have an Ebay store.
The problem for me is that they don't ship outside of what looks like the EU and the UK. Nothing to the United States. Any UK members have an idea why this may be and possibly how I could get a set?
Ledcom is basically a one man band company, with low production volumes, products are well made and work, but he can't be arsed with complications of overseas shipments/custom declarations etc. These are what I have had my eye on:

IMO DRL's are NOT suitable as Fog Lights because the light is dispersed in an uncontrolled manner and will cause glare in the fog.
Keith.
Aftermarket lights can be added, usually through a dash switch and relay (to carry the power). The ones I have seen/liked as a quality product are LED-based from Rigid; they can be found on Amazon among other places. I don't know which of their units in particular are good as "fog" lights but the ones on the "diffused" beam pattern end of the range might work? I don't know how adaptable different products are to brightness control/dimming.is it possible to add factory fog lights to a 2013 sprinter 2500?

I have a 2018 Sprinter and what I do is just turn on my parking lights and use them as my "sneak lights". The parking lights are bright enough, yet won't disturb other campers like headlights would. Your daytime driving lights won't come on when you use your parking lights.Good question - I guess what I'm really after is a physically low down LED lamp that I can control the brightness on to use as sneak lights when entering campgrounds well after dark. And - MB has put the large DEF tank behind the bumper where the fog lamps normally go so I need a not very deep lamp housing - steering it toward LED vs the deeper halogen parabolic housing. The posted ones look pretty well suited for that task.
