On page 3,...It does state that in some instances, after the recall is done,...there will be an ongoing issue with the van not completely powering down (instrument back light and EGR valve?) and that in those instances, replacing the instrument panel is the remedy.

Anyone have the Freightliner or Mercedes Equivalent of this document. I would like to forward a copy of it to my Local Freightliner dealer who so far is telling me that I need an ECU and It will be at my expense.
