Default 170 4x4 OEM Roof Rail Length

I'm trying to do a little advance planning prior to receiving my 170 4x4 and haven't been able to find anything regarding the length of the factory roof rails on a 2019 170 4x4. Does anyone here have that info handy?

Pretty sure roof rails were discontinued as they ran out of parts (what I was told). My 2019 170 4x4 did not come with roof rails or LED package when I ordered both.

I read somewhere recently where someone else also had their roof rails deleted. I'm scheduled for production some time later this month. I can only hope they get that issue resolved prior. If not I'll be installing rails myself. Still wondering how long the rails are. I'm trying to do a solar panel support systems layout and it would be beneficial to know how much rail I have to work with.

Was it on your order form?

A few items I ordered were removed from final accepted order form...doesn’t mean I will receive everything on form though. Roof rails remained on my form.

Yes it was on my order form. The dealer called me about a month before I got my van and said LED lights would be removed and possibly the roof rails but he wouldn’t know about the rails until build was complete.

Not a big deal but ya I wish I had the LED lights for sure.

I have them & will measure tonight and let you know. We did also order the LED lights but didn't receive them

I was pleasantly the standard lights are fairly bright, just not as neat looking. Bummer was fog lights are part of that lighting package and I do miss those.

My dealer was able to add the fog lights with cornering function separate from the LED package (L13 $188). Of course we'll see if I end up really getting them.

Yes had I known I wasn't getting them I sure would have ordered those. In hindsight should have ordered both LED & Fog lights and would have at least got them.

Nothing normal about the MB Sprinter van ordering or build process.

Hope you get them too.

148 inches for the aluminum track itself plus about an 1inch or so on each end for the plastic end cap
