Broken Driver's Seat Frame

I have a Sprinter with some issues with the seat back, seems like the frame might have some broken welds from what I understand. Are these repairable or would I be better off getting a new Driver's Seat?

It’s an easy DIY job to disassemble if you’re handy- take a look then judge if repair is an option. Most used seats are going to be worn out and kind of nasty by now, so if yours are nice, I’d repair.

Fwiw take a close look at the fasteners. My seat appeared to have broken but is was just some bolts in the assembly that had vibrated loose. p.s. the seat has some.big springs in it for height adjustment, be careful around those.
