Default Plugs in the rear of roof

Has anyone removed the larger of the two plugs on the very back of the roof right before the rear view camera? Does anyone know the size of either of these holes under the plug?

I am looking at using the larger hole for passing my solar and other wires into the van and I was wondering if the size was one where I could use a standard water tight electrical connector and flex conduit to move the junction box a few inches away from the roof corrugations to a smoother part of the roof.

Thanks in advance,

Jack

A friend told me that there is enough space next to the rear door to pass in a 10 AWG flat duplex cable and still have a weatherproof seal.

That sounds better than having a hole in the roof.

I'd rather not potentially impact the seal and subject the wire to repeated opening and closing of the door over time.

I just cut the hole in the roof for the fan. Knocking a plug out to run wires from the roof to the van is far simpler. It would be good to know what size hole is under that plug, to be able to anticipate how to complete the watertight connection before I pop the plug's factory seal.
