Default 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van - Golden, CO

Here are all the photos - https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/...561855300.html

Location - Golden, CO
Contact Info - PM or ncalies@gmail.com
Price - $95,000

Model Year - NCV3 2016
Wheelbase - 144
Roof Height - High
Mileage - 17,000

We are in no real rush, but are thinking of selling our 4 cylinder 7spd 2016 2wd high roof Mercedes Sprinter with 17k highway miles that has been a dream to have (located in Colorado). We ordered it new from Mercedes in Loveland and have every safety feature they offered (blind spot detection, high wind assist, parking assist, collision prevention, lane departure assist, etc). It's the matte gray color with the black steel wheels. We have larger than stock BFG KO2 tires (265/75R16) rotated every 5k miles, rear custom tuned Fox shocks from Agile Offroad, and SumoSprings front and rear, all of this making the ride quality so much nicer for both on and off road. It has been fully converted into a custom camper, most everything was professionally done by Alpine Mechanisms down in Colorado Springs. We added solar, a fridge, sink (new galley) after we got it back. The van is fully insulated with spray foam, has a house battery that is charged from the alternator and solar, led lights, Webasto Airtop 2000 ST diesel heater with digital thermostat (mounted under passenger seat for great air distribution and doesn't take up space), Maxxair 10 speed roof ran (actually works while raining), two custom swivel seats made by Alpine Mechanisms that only rise 1/2", custom full length roof rack (full porch or gear storage up top) and ladder (stainless steel rungs), 50" Cree LED light bar up front, 12" LED light bar above sliding door (porch light), and two 12" led light bars at the rear. It has a Rearview Saftey backup camera as well and a 2" hitch. The garage space under the 7" king size bed (minus 4") is giant and has airplane track all over for easy cargo management. It's has an LED light with switch as well. We also installed a Pioneer AVH 4200 NEX that has Apple Carplay and Android Auto. We built the sliding door area to fit a 7 gallon water jug for easy filling and a 7 gallon jug for the sink. It has custom stained walls, two sliding windows, and custom made insulated blackout curtains. When you want to be stealth, just throw up the curtains and no light is seen, it's pretty awesome!

We have a full size matching KO2 spare that actually fits in the spare compartment underneath. We treat this van like it's our baby, it's cleaned before and after every trip, we travel with a vacuum, it's just loved. You'll see all the attention to details we put in, the matching rooftop deck with the metal strips inside, the accent colors all the way around, the quietness of the van because of all the rattle trap and care we took to make it as quiet as possible. All the structures are welded and powder coated by Alpine Mechanisms.

Our galley has a 48" Dewalt cabinet that has one key to lock all the drawers. You can't get much better storage than this. Our galley has a 27" Husky cabinet, again, one key locks all the drawers. We have a RB Components high shelf, so there is so much storage just in the living space.

Our 120ah AGM Deep Cycle battery is charged both with the alternator and the Renogy Monocrystalline Panel. We have a 1000w inverter and dimming LED lights.

We are selling it because we are looking for something that can fit more than 2 people. We have receipts for everything so it should be pretty easy for you to insure. With the 4 cylinder engine, we average 20-22mpg, that is with big beefy tires, light bar, roof rack, ladder, and bikes on the back. We have rear tire cables but have never needed them, just keep them in the van just in case. Our original thought for adding a third seat was to add it to the galley area, which can still be done if you need three seats. But it would take up a decent amount of that space. If you wanted a third seat, look for the single Ford Transit seat, it has the self-contained three point seat belt and is a narrower profile than the MB.

For more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, we'd be happy to talk details over the phone (NineSevenOne-FiveThreeThree-FiveThreeOneTwo). The van needs nothing, if you are a weekend warrior or a full time van dweller, this van can do both.

No accidents, clean title! I work from home so it pretty much sits during the week and we use it for weekends and some longer trips (when work allows it).

List of items and we are probably missing some:

Battery - VMax MR137-120 Deep Cycle, High performance AGM Battery
LED Marine Lights
Dimming switch

Wow. Nice Build. 95K for a 2WD with no plumbing or tanks? Seems like a premium, but the market will decide. GLWS.

It is 2wd, but incredibly capable and gets a good 5-7mpg better than a 4x4, so it just depends on what the owner wants. It does have a 7 gallon jug for the sink (plumbed) and a 7 gallon jug for the water next to the sliding door, so it does have running water. Some people like the simplicity of being able to take the jugs out and fill them up, remove them when it's cold, etc. We are happy to entertain offers so feel free to contact me with any questions. There is definitely a premium for buying a completely done, converted van that requires nothing.
