313 CDI loss of power

Hi members,
on my Sprinter MY 2002 (Engine code OM 646 - inline four 16v DOHC - 2,148 cc - 95 kW)
sometimes, randomly, has loss of power. Engine not over 3000 rpm.
I've noticed if I stop for a while and restart engine, problem disappear.
Reading on several forum seems to be the EGR.
Any help how to locate the EGR on that model and instruction to clean or replace?
Any guesses would be appreciated.

I don't think the 4 cylinder engine has an EGR. Loss of power could be a multitude of things. The turbo may not be boosting enough (various things can cause this) or fuel flow could be interrupted (clogged filter, air in pipes, bad injector etc) or it could be an electrical problem with the vehicle going into 'limp mode' due to a bad sensor or a real problem being reported.

No EGR for your model designation.
Power loss, insufficient information
If in doubt have Benz diagnostic check performed to assassin possible faults.
Never had a problem yet my my old White knight. it doesn't know how to say ''NO'
