Slider door tent air lock style

Hello, I’m new to the forum and there may have been a discussion about this already. If so, I apologize. Does anyone use a tent attached to the Sprinter sliding door?

I have searched, the best would involve an awning, w/ a DIY vestibule.
Or even a door fabricated into the slider.

Thule makes a “quick fit tent” to go under an awning. I have the tent and awning, but haven’t tested it out yet as I’m still waiting on an adapter.

I ordered a Riemo tour.
The seller will upgrade to the high version or the inner tent w/ carpet for 100.00 each.
Is it worth it? 1000.00 so far, and the short tour reaches the rain lip, 220 cm both. He said it would work.
I don't want to call him… .
