Personally I would not use MB229.51 or MB229.51 in my T1N. There are traditional additives that are removed to meet newer emissions control devices standards. T1N engines can use, and benefit by having those additives.

The Mobil 1 0-40 Full Synthetic European Car Formula MB229.5 BeVo approved oil you mention on sale is great for T1N's.

In the thread link that I provided there is supporting information as to why I would not use MB229.51 or MB229.52 oil in MY T1N's. (That is not the oil you posted as on sale.)

P.S. -
To be clear, both MB229.51 and MB229.52 engine oil is fully approved for the T1N engines.
