Wow. Low miles.

I viewed this van before the owners fixed its needs. At the time it had bad rust around the windshield from an installer who apparently scraped off a lot of paint. Heavy surface rust that looked like it could push through. If it's been fixed I'd ask for more details of how and look it over carefully. Drives really nice!
