I've just bought a 2004 Free Spirit and I love it so far. It has an optional 3rd seat (just in front of the sink). I'm puzzled by the seat belt - the top bolt, while fully screwed in, appears loose enough that I can move it sideways while pulling on the belt.
Has anyone else got this model? Is it normal and safe (e.g. there is a solid mount behind it, just slightly movable), or is it a design fault where the bolt just threads into some soft sheet metal and getting loose with time?
I've called Leisure Travel with that question, but they have not responded.
Any insight greatly appreciated.
