When I shift the Era into reverse or select the backup camera, the screen pops up stating "No Video Detected;" no picture, but you can still hear the sound. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Can anyone speak to this issue? this is an older post, but my 2016 Era 70C just started having this problem. worked fine then one day I get the message, "no video detected". it's not the cable connection at the camera. thanks
I’m having same issue on 2017 ERA 70A. Intermittent loss of video signals.
I’d be curious if others had same issue and how or if it got corrected.
I’m assuming the camera is hard wired all the way to the touch screen.
Same here for several years now. Took it in while under warranty and all they did was put electrical tape around the connections behind the dash unit which didn't serve the issue. Have now learned to live with it since I don't want to spend the money just to replace the whole unit.
