We were told by Westy owner that it's the Heki 2 that he fit in no problem and my wife saw it in person. It's manual open/close version.

Good to know. Gives us a much cheaper option.

The Heki 2 model may have different roof thicknesses dimension than the Heki 3 and 4, but now we know the Westy roof thickness fits.

Heki 2 has a different opening mechanism than the Heki 3 (hand crank).and Heki 4 (motorized).

Heki 2 opens to a maximum of 55° versus 70° for the Heki 3 and Heki 4.

Heki 2 has three hinges (versus 4 hinges on the Heki 3 and 4), gas struts, different opening handle, and other differences.

When the Heki 2 was first being used in the USA on truck campers, there were some issues.
