Had my first 10K service: oil / filter / fuel filter / rotation done by these guys on my 07 CRD Wagon and it went well. Hour and 1/2 -- Friendly-efficient--professional. Didnt meet the tech of course-that's pretty rare.
Cost was 325 out the door-150 for O/F, 140 FF , 20 for Rot. Trick seems to be to ask for O F FF & Rot and NOT for 10k service which was quoted a few 100 $ more!
They also did the crankshaft sensor recall in about 30 minutes. Separate service.
I'll go back to them as req.
Of course it's the tricky problems that test a tech / dealer!!!!!
They also stock quite a few Sprinters so that's a good sign!
