Make an appointment to get an estimate to compare with the estimate you already have.

The dealer that gave you the estimate is not playing by the same rules as other authorized Sprinter dealers somehow.
They say your Left Front headlight is out, (Line 6a). It's possible, but unless there is rock damage or something it's a bit unlikely @ 19,834 miles.
The next line (6b) is very interesting as all Sprinters coming into the USA have the cornering lights "de activated" and dealers are not supposed
to "activate" them as they somehow don't meet the USA lighting requirements.

If this dealer will actually activate the cornering lights on Bi-Xenon equipped Sprinters he will soon have a line of 2014 and later Sprinters out
the door and off down the road, all wanting their cornering lights activated.
Very weird!
Some of the other items are a bit questionable.
Have any of these items been dealt with/warranted before?
That would extend your warranty (parts and labor I'm fairly sure) for another 2 years in parts previously
replaced.
Brian (the Sprinter service writer @ Sun Motor Cars Sprinter) may be able to look up some of the earlier
repairs on the proprietary MB Sprinter USA data base to see what's been done under warranty and which
parts may have some extended warranty.
Hope this helps.
Roger
That all makes sense and is much appreciated, Roger. All lines related to DEF/DPF and NoX (i.e., the expensive stuff) have been done twice before. I have no confidence that those failures won't occur again.
The left headlight IS out for some reason. The error message shows up on the instrument panel whenever the headlights come on. I'll follow up on the cornering lights. When I told the service advisor to skip that repair (and all the lines under "maintenance'), he told me cornering lights are required in order to pass state inspection.
