Default Stone grey mwb 4 birth UK adventure waggon build.

Hey folks I started building my van early Jan this year and thought I'd throw up a few pics of progress so far ��

First day new van 144 mwb 907

Thought I'd start on the exterior first which meant paint detail and ceramic coating painted calipers and new rims. Black rhino overland with bf goodrich tyres.

I have made rack for mounting the LG 320w solar panel using shop bought brackets and 4040 alloy quarter round. This all mounts to the factory rail set

While up on the roof I fitted the Fiamma f65 awning and Maxxair fan.

On to the interior with sound deadening part of the first fix wiring and ply battoning which I have rivnut and bolted to the factory x members

Dropped the tank to fit the fuel pick up for the Planar deisel heater. Chose the factory position under the passenger seat for the heater.

Get job with the arch of the furring strips, below the wire loom. I was wondering how I might tackle that wall-ceiling intersection.

Cheers bud yes I packed the side door side with washers to bring the strip below the loom and clear the side door channel fasteners so the ceiling panels transition smoothly.
