Exclamation Intermittent code P0192, limp home mode, diesel leak

I replaced the fuel filter today in a parking lot but am still experiencing these issues.
The diesel drips off the bottom of the oil pan when the van is idling and looks to be running down the driver's side of engine. I checked all the hoses and clamps when replacing the fuel filter.

P0192 Fuel Rail Press Sensor Low

If driving around town for consecutive days (no higher than 40mph), the van runs with no CEL. Within minutes of hitting 50+ mph my CEL comes back with the same code and there is an extreme loss of power and my rpm are limited below 2800. More recently it will bog around 1.8k rpm and sound very labored, applying throttle does nothing and then shoot to 2.3k when I WOT.

The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff really let these issues shine!! I felt like I was not going to make it up some of the hills.
Now I am in Flagstaff, AZ, the local MB dealer has just gone out of business

Any ideas or an order of operations I can follow here, before I limp it at 55mph to a shop in Vegas? (best case scenario)

I have read it could be the fuel rail pressure sensor, loosened bolts on the HP fuel pump in similar cases, at least those are the cheap possibilities. Those documented cases did not have the same code (which I am receiving from my ScanGuage II, probably not the most accurate).

I guess start with pinpointing the source of the fuel leak while the engine is running. But DO NOT stick your hand or any exposed skin around potential high pressure diesel leaks.

Just wanted to report back, it was loose bolts under the high pressure fuel pump causing the leak and limp home mode.
