Short story: NetStar is computer system, not "make sure the customer feels well-treated," seminar. This is how they're told to use it.


Longer story: Now you can say to the MB Service Advisor, "Ok, so what did NetStar tell you?" You get to sound like you know what they have to go through to squeeze money out of New Jersey (and eventually Germany) just like you might be able to do the job that guy at the service desk is doing.
