Installing after market radio

Hi guys 2 months after my accident I was told my exambo 318 2009 was a total write off because the air bags went off. I took my after market gps radio out of it , it is plug and play and was working before I disconnected it. I have now bought a exambo 319 2013 but when I connect this radio just the same as I took it out my old van it comes on for few seconds then goes off I was told I might need a different campus module. Any help would be great cheers Ed’s.

I have just recently upgraded my radio . the only reason I had to get a canbus module was for the steering wheel controls . I used the power from under the drivers seat . this powers my head unit and amp . sorry that's all I can help with
