I purchased the unit July 3rd of this year, installed it in my van, then went on a six week trip where I used it once a day for a few minutes to run a Nutri Bullet. Prior to the trip, I was in the process of designing out a complete refitting of my Sprinter Westfalia, on which I wasn't sure of the exact details so I just wanted the smallest inverter possible to run my Nutri Bullet. I will be installing the 2000 Watt model as part of the refitting because I am eliminating the LP and going with induction cooking.
