Jack for 4x4

Can anyone recommend a good jack for use with the 4x4 sprinter? I have 255/85 tires so I don't think the standard jack would work. Does the sprinter even come with a jack?

Standard jack is actually rather impressive and easily lifts my van with 255/85’s and a lift.

I’m not sure how much additional lift you’d gain over the MB stock jack, but here’s an option that seems viable

Sprinter comes with a jack. Located in passenger footwell. Accessed from inside vehicle.

Factory jack is a pretty burly piece for an OEM jack. I carry leveling blocks for the van which also serve to give me more reach with the factory jack. I will be adding an airbag jack to my kit to give me redundancy for difficult situations. Would never personally lift the van with just a cheap bag jack, though if you have a nice one from a recovery equipment company ($$$$) you can pretty much lift the world without worrying its going to fail.

The factory jack works very well, is much more robust than a scissor jack and lifts plenty high.

Does it make sense to bring jack stands on a road trip?

I went with the Safe Jack purchased a kit with extensions. Works great on my 4x 4 with lift
