Priced reduced to $87K. Any feedback on price from the forum? Seems like it's priced reasonably.

I think the price is reasonable for what it is. It's a well done and thought out conversion. But I think there are two things keeping this from getting more interest. 1-A lot of folks prefer to squeeze this kind of conversion in a 144 because it is much for flexible to drive and park anywhere. 2-The conversion (dual beds, fixed bench, etc.) has most value to a pretty specific group. I think it has some really good features, but it may take some time to find a buyer at this price. I would think there is still some labor being covered at this price, and that is always tough to recoup on a 'custom' conversion.

GLWS.

Yeah, very good points. It was just hard to find a van that could accommodate a family of five. The 144 just doesn't have enough breathing room on the cold rainy PNW days for all of us to hang out, haha. The minor inconvenience of the extra length evaporates when the entire family is in the van watching a movie. Thanks for the feedback. It has had a lot of interest at this price so likely won't last long. Then I can start on 2.0.

It is a nice build out - very nice.

As you have seen, fitting that many beds into a van is - very challenging.

Just MHO on it:

- The dual fan thing is really only useful in the PNW, so it tends to limit the market to that region.
- The 170 makes perfect sense to me - the 144s are too short

The trick is finding a buyer with that specific need vs someone that would purchase it as a "starting point to change into what they want".

If you can find that specific buyer with an exact match, the price might work. If they have to change very many things, then it gets dicey.
