Default Need new tires and a good tire shop in Oregon

My Interstate has 36K mi. on the original Kumho tires. They are Kumho Road Venture AT KL78; LT215/85 R16 115/112Q Load Range E.

I'm very interested in replacing them with Michelin Defender LTX M/S in the same size.

Anyone here have experience with this tire? Any comments about these re. durability, road noise, handling, etc?

Also, can anyone recommend a good tire shop in the Portland OR area that can install a set of tires on this van without mucking up those shiny Alcoa rims?
