Unable to locate the GPS unit in Ventura

Our Garvin GVN 53 gps is not locating the satellites in the 2010 Four Winds Ventura. I found how to upgrade the software, but unable to locate the GPS unit in order to insert the SD card. Does anyone know where to locate the factory installed unit? Is it inside the headliner just above the display? If so, how to access it?

I imagine the GPS is located in the same spot in all other Sprinter conversions. Also, where is the Gps external antena?

The GVN53 black box is located above the monitor in the headliner of the Sprinter. To access, you need to dismount the small storage compartment by priing adequatly the small tabs.

You will have access to the Sd card. The antenna is right above the black box, glued on the top of the Sprinter.

If I find the way to do, I'll post a picture I took myself of the exact location.
