SD Connect C4 Scan Tool

Hey everyone. I am probably beating a dead horse but here it is. I have searched for a scan tool and found this SD Connect C4 from obd2tool.com (link below) and was wondering if the site is legit and if anyone has one or if it is compatible with a 2016 144? I see in the SS search there are a few scan tools that look like they work but I'm looking for a Das based or look alike system with more abilities but that doesn't break the bank. This system looks like the part but I'm skeptical.

I doubt many of the forum members have had much experience with OBD2.com.

As I have posted a few times, my experience with OBD2.com stuff isn't too favorable. The place to buy knock off stuff is Chinacars.
