What do you do if somebody was nice enough to try to remove a broken off glow plug and it looks like they broke off an easy out in the glow plug thread area in the head??

First try to find what type of steel easy out is made from ,is it hardened.
If hardened ,then proceed with caution . If your approach is to remove while head is on block.

Otherwise use a glow plug removal tool like Klann Gedore kit which will center all drill applications and drill away , At this point there is a real problem with run out if your not centered while drilling out plug and damaging head.
Use good cutting oil and a hardened steel bit which may take some time to drill into easy out
