power step override switch

Hello,

The power step override switch on my RT SS agile seems not working well.
It used to be able to disable power step from automatically retrieving or extending when the vehicle is turned off if I put switch position to on.
Somehow, in my trip during July 4th holiday, the power step always automatically retrieves or extends whenever door opens or closes regardless the switch position is on or off.

How this can be repaired?

If you haven't fixed already. Underneath theres a plug and relay/wire block? check for loose, or damaged wires. If everything looks OK, unplug and clean.

Problem continues, test block with a meter.
