Wheel Bearing Seal Leak?

It appears I may have a wheel bearing seal leak issue on our 3500. We are on an extended trip with little or no access to Sprinter repair shops.
How concerned should I be?

You should be concerned but not alarmed. Is it puking a puddle on the payment? If not, check oil level, top-off as needed. Get repaired as soon as convenient. How long of a trip?

It may not be the wheel seal at all.

I'd remove the center hub cap and see if it's coming from the axle flange gasket.

Thanks Bob.
No puddles. Just some throw out trails (see pic).
About 1500 miles left of trip to home.
First noticed about 800 miles ago.

Check the oil level in the diff (upper plug can be removed). If its good, no worries, just check again if oil splatter increases.

I had the same during a VA - NV -VA trip. Checked diff fluid levels along the way, very little loss, it just looks like a lot spread out across the wheel.
Once home had it fixed - not the axle seal (number 15 on diagram), but the axle flange gasket (number 4). Repair required axle shaft to be pulled, but was under warranty.
