Purchased my 06 Sprinter through this dealer. First trip in for service they provided with the purchase was frustrating. Mechanic was bumped off my van to run codes on a mega-buck conversion van. End result was me sitting around for an extra 2.5 hours. AC needed charging, but the never checked for leaks. That resulted in a second visit and an estimate of about $1400 to replace condenser and complete the job. After the decision ws made to not do the repairs, my van sat in the bay for over two more hours before they dropped the hood and returned it. After some righteous complaining on my part, the used sales dept. covered the diagnostic charge, and I went home. I'm estimating I'll have the A/C working for under $400.
Bottom line? Customer relations is not a priority here.
