Hi all
My Oil pressure light comes on intermittantly, say once an hour running time, and I either have to switch it off and restart or it goes out after about 10 seconds.
I have checked oil levels - all fine, and there is no change in engine sound (to see if it goes rattly and dry with cam hydralic lifters losing pressure) and therefore suspect its a faulty switch.
Can somone confirm this and if so where is the switch located please.
The engine is a 2.2 CDi 2002, only done 35k miles based in UK
