Jumping out of First gear

When we purchased our 313 had problems when changing gears when hot and vehicle jumped out of first gear. Had local MB dealer look at this and fixed it. Vehicle has done 65,000Km and its harder to change gears cold then when hot. Now prior to driving off on cold mornings run the vehicle for 5 min or so. I also at traffic lights etc put the vehicle into second (with the clutch in) prior to going into first to minimise jumping out of first ie to make sure it gets into first proberly.

The thing is the vehicle has never jumped out of first since being looked at by MB, except last night, did not push the gear stick fully forward and the vehicle jumped out with a big noise. Is there any spring that needs re tensioning etc that can help, other than ensuring that the vehicle is proberly in gear prior to moving off.

Why I ask is that with wife and daughter driving the Sprinter more I don't think they will be as carefull as myself in ensuring the vehicle is in first gear.

Suggestions appreciated.

Gear may not have been fully engaged:idunno: keep an eye on it.
Linkage may be worn and that may mean an entire replacement:idunno:
Oil in trans! It's not out of oil is it:idunno:
Clutch servo go back to MB if it persists.
