Humming Noise When Brake Applied

This started to happen a few weeks ago. Whenever I apply brake with gear in D, I hear humming and If I let go and push accelarator just a bit, it disappears. No sound while I drive and it only happens when I stop. Any idea?

Are you familiar with the 2004 years fuel line buzz (can be like a hum). Mine did it often when idling.

Let me try to locate where it is coming from. No not familiar. First time happening. I changed out fuel rail a year ago but this noise just started to happen. Thanks!
