wheel adapters

Has anybody given thought to using a set of wheel adapters on a T1N that would allow the installation of more common wheel sizes? Seems like the stock alloys are extremely hard to find.

Nope.... I have a set of each, Alloys and Steels, yes second hand can be difficult to source....daily craigslist and Ebay, also, Check in with White Feather in Chico, CA. I got my Alloys from one of their clients upgrading to 4x4,

I did use a set of Warrior Rims for a period of time too. (little wider in the offset than standard MB) If you have a 144 or 158 they fit fine, I had them on a 118" which was original spec with 15" rims.

Mine is an 02 158 that came with 15's. I would like to fill the wheel wells a bit more, hopefully 16's or 17's with low profile all terrain tires. I've been looking for over a year and, as yet, have been unable to find a decent set. Thanks for the response.
