My 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3.0 Turbo Diesel with reman Turbo at 140k is suddenly whistling at 190k. It doesn't bother me and actually sounds cool, but I am very curious if it's something that should be fixed and possible causes. The turbo hoses on bottom are one year old and show no leakage. There is wetness under the engine that seems to be coming from power steering.
