Rear door base plate A9066860074 trim, where to buy new fittings?

Purchased this today, it's a new plastic trim that fits at the base of the barn doors, mine is scratched to hell, and is unsightly.

Does anyone know where I can source the new trimmings/grommets/pieces that cover the screws and underslung spare wheel bolts? Part numbers would be handy

In short the dealer.
I keep them in stock but just walk into an MB dealer and order them.
Basically big square headed push in rivets.
