No front sway bar...any issues?

So I bought my '05 3500 used a few years ago but I just noticed it doesn't have the front sway bar or links. It seems they were taken off at some point?! Should I get a sway bar and links or can just go on as I have been?

3500s have a stiff rear bar, and often didn't have a front one.

You can fit a front one if desired. It's a bolt on. You will need the bumpstop plates and links.

I have a 2004 3500, added a front sway bar years ago, around $100 off Ebay, HUGE improvement, best $100 spent in years! I can go a bit faster without much body lean on I-70 in the Rockies, doing 70 mph is not scary anymore, better handling for sure.
Make sure it comes with triangle brackets/plates.
