Hi Guys,
Quick question, I'm afraid I know the answer but just checking. The remote locks works fine on all doors to unlock, but when locking, the sliding door lock button is pulled down by the actuator but not enough to lock the door. If I push it manually a bit further, the door will lock. Unlocking works fine.
My guess is that the actuator is not strong enough to lock the door. If I lock the doors with the remote AND pressing slightly the lock button at the same time it will lock as well.
One thing to note is that the door lock cylinder with the key on the sliding door seem disconnected (Key will turn free on two sides with no effect).
Is there anything that can be lubricated to help the locking process or I will likely have to replace the actuator?
Thanks !
Vincent
