Rear AC block off help

I removed the rear AC in my 2003 sprinter and now need to block off the hose lines. Can anyone help me with the correct size of hardware I need? Having a hard time finding the info online.

Is this temporary or permanent?

If it's permanent, I would just remove it. If it's temporary, I would rubber band the ends with plastic until you can reinstall.

Oops, I just noticed that you have a 2003 which means they are of the same system; front and back.

It's permanent. As you may already know I have to put on a line terminator on both of the hoses.
