Maybe this is old news but I have found traditional winter blades to replace the beam blades. I have always thought beam blades were useless for snowy conditions and had given up finding traditional winter blades. For anyone interested they are Motorcraft WW2401WA. I have not put them through their paces yet. About $11 each on Amazon.
