Front orange marker bulbs

How do I replace orange front marker bulbs? In headlight bezel, can't get to them from under hood. One is burned out. This is a2008 3500 chassis, bezel assy seemsto be sealed unit. Thanks, Chief:

There is a cover on the inside of the hood turn counter clockwise to remove . Then you will have to pull the bulb and socket out by the wires. Replace the bulb and then feed it back in and push it back into it's socket and replace the cover. Not cool to pull by the wires but it's the only way I have found to do it. I have probably replace a hundred of them and have never had a wire break.
