Removing rear A/C? What am I left with?

Does anyone know what the headliner and roof will look like after removing the rear A/C on a 2005 Sprinter? I am looking at a used van nearby, but do not want the rear A/C due to the reduced headroom (this vehicle will be for a camper conversion, and I want to be able to use all of the van's height to stand up). What size hole(s) will be in the roof, and how is the exterior condenser mounted? Same for the interior? Does the full length bulkhead mount in fittings that are otherwise covered with trim buttons-- or would I need to replace the headliner to clean things up? Any thoughts or knowledge on this?
