I pulled down my headliner to insulate. I plan to use that roof channel to attach my ceiling material. I'm leaning toward using a furring strip, but I may just attach directly to the roof channel. Looking for suggestions on how to work this since the ceiling and headliner both attach to the ceiling channel. Do people just end up cutting the headliner and reattaching to the ceiling channel in another way?
