2003 Sprinter Van Conversion: Queen Bed, Kitchen, Shower- $37000 EAST COAST
Our adventures have come to an end- looking to sell our 2003 3500 dually Freightliner Sprinter conversion Van. The Mercedes turbo diesel engine has 147,xxx miles on it, so it is just now broken in, has been serviced regularly. It has the 2.7l I5 motor, no need for DEF and minimal emission equipment to maintain. Gets 21 mpg. It spent its lifetime in AZ, rust free. This is the extra long wheel base with the super high roof.
Conversion Details:
Professional conversion includes: all around insulation, surround sound aux CD player, lights, roof top 13.5k BTU A/C, headliner, led lighting and all electrical wiring
2 Marine grade house batteries mounted under van
Fantastic fan, and an additional rear exhaust fan above bed.
2 x 100w Solar Panels, professionally installed with controller and inverter
12 x 110v electric sockets, various 12v outlets throughout
ARB 12v or 110v off road fridge/freezer combo, 50l, with additional insulating case from ARB
New flooring-high quality vinyl planks with moisture and sound barrier (extremely scratch and scuff resistant)
Black convertible Couch with two lap seat belts (also has d rings on floor beneath it to properly mount a child seat)

Cons:
While exploring the North Carolina mountains we scraped against a small tree stump which pushed in the outside skirt on the driver side of the van. Only the exterior metal was bent slightly, the interior frame was not. Received an estimate from the body shop to have it fixed for $600, just haven't done it yet.
