2010 170"wb Rear Cargo door lock problems

Hi,

Just recently picked up a 2010 170"wb cargo van and looking to start converting it to an RV.

A Bad start to the conversion, my rear door wont open. I believe the problem is with the latch that locks the passenger side door to the drivers side. All the other latches are opening and i can push the doors out together 1-2" but then the center latch keeps them together and from opening more.

Both the key and the electric unlock don't seem to work, any ideas on how to solve the problem?

Sounds like one of the cables came loose or broke. Trace them out. If you can hear the solenoid move when you press the lock unlock and the key doesnt work a bad cable seems the likely culprit.
