Diesel fuel return line replace - Damn those rats!

A rodent chewed through my low pressure diesel return line in my 2004 T1N. Started spraying diesel all over the motor when I started it. Removed the hose it looks like this part number 6120703832 and I'm thinking of getting a replacement from here for $69 unless someone knows where to get one cheaper.

Problem is that I can't figure out how to get the 5 metal T connectors out of the housing. I tried prying them with a screwdriver but I don't want to mess it up by prying too hard. Special tool? Skills I don't have?

Advice?

Europarts sells for $59.88 http://europarts-sd.com/fuelreturnline2002-2006.asp but shipping charges might make it a wash. At least with Europarts, you know you're getting OEM unless they say otherwise in their descriptions.

I just pulled firmly with two fingers upward to get the lines out of the top of the injectors. Some came out easy. Others were stubborn. Twist side to side a little as you pull up.
