Don't know this scanner, but previous experience leads me to believe that no 100$ scanner will go very deep....just basic obd stuff usually related to emission systems , I have a $300 Autel that has helped me quite a lot with older 98-2005 vehicles, it will show all the fuel mix etc stuff, but even then there are manufacturer specific codes it does not know, and can't clear.. Deeper pockets are required to reach deeper into your Sprinter's brain.
Otoh I continue to be surprised that no one has just made a system hack for many of the common vehicles.

The issue with the T1N is that many of the sub-modules have their own "private" K-line connections to the OBD socket.
So a "generic" scanner can tell the ECM to stop talking about a transmission issue (that it heard about in the background), but they cannot clear the fault in the TCM itself.
Gadgets like the DAD (with a 15-wire connection to the OBD socket) do talk to the sub modules.

No. And the MBII scanner, I plugged into a 2013 and it was NOT compatible

See the C4 threads if you insist on a lower cost scanner
