I hate to bring up oil again, but need help. My local Dodge dealer just changed the oil on my 2008 Sprinter 3500. They used Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5-30 which they said is an approved oil, but I cannot find it listed anywhere. Since I do not have a container I can't see if it is labeled as 229.51 compliant. Pennzoil European was on one MB list I saw, but it was from an indy shop. The Pennzoil web site is no help. Can someone tell me where to look?

Thanks

You need your owner's to make sure you have the right Bevo number(s) - mine has three different Bevo's allowed - then go to https://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/ and look for Pennzoil etc the on appropriate sheet(s)

English is a bit more common here.

http://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/bevolisten/bevo-sheets-sort1.html

Pennzoil Platinum Euro L 5w-30, Pennzoil Platinum Euro LX 0w-30, Pennzoil Ultra Euro L 5w-30 all are listed as MB229.51 spec.
